Workshops
Hands-on sessions in product management, design and product development, built to take a cohort from an idea to something they can put in front of users. Every session works on the founders’ own products, so they leave with a piece of their product done.
From idea to MVP
For programs that want more than a lecture. We work with founders from the idea stage to a first version, with the same process we use on client projects. Discovery, a working prototype in days, and an MVP live in 2 to 6 weeks when they are ready to build.

Every startup encounters its obstacles in a different place. A one-on-one session with one of our leads takes on the problem in front of a founder, whether the scope, the prototype, the stack or the next hire, and leaves them with a decision.

What programs ask first.
What does a program engagement look like?
It is sized per cohort. Some programs want a workshop series, some want office hours with one of our leads, most want both, and the startups that are ready to build get a hands-on team at partner rates. We have done this with 12 programs and coached 150+ startups along the way.
Which topics do the workshops cover?
Product management, design and product development. Turning an idea into a first version worth building, prototyping it, prioritizing what to build next, and getting it built. Every session works on the founders’ own products rather than on examples, so a cohort leaves with pieces of their products completed.
Do you also build for the startups in the program?
Yes, when they are ready. We take a startup from the prototype to a launched MVP in 2 to 6 weeks, and partner programs get discounted rates for their startups.
How do we set it up?
A call about the program, the cohort and what the founders are struggling with most. From there we propose a workshop series, a mentoring track, or both, sized for the cohort and the calendar.
