We turn ideas into products people rely on.

How we can help

Four ways we engage with startups and corporates, whatever stage the product has reached.

  • Startups

We work alongside founders from the first idea to a product in the market. We shape the concept, design the experience and build the MVP, then continue developing it with you as your customers and your organization grow.
    For startups
  • Accelerators

We support accelerators and incubators in strengthening their portfolios. We run workshops, review products with the founders in each cohort and provide a hands-on team to carry their ideas from the program through to launch.
    For accelerators
  • Corporates and investors

We build custom software for established companies, from new products and internal tools to the modernization of the systems that already run the business. Through WeaveLines Works, we also build new ventures for family offices, corporates and funds in the GCC, taking an opportunity through to an operating company with its own team.

We help startups and corporates bring products to market with speed and cost discipline

We believe no good idea should be lost to the distance between a founder’s vision and an investor’s understanding.

Moon Quest

Case study

Predicting how the next day will feel.

Moon Quest is a mobile app for people living with PMDD, PME and severe PMS. It forecasts how the days ahead will feel rather than recording what already happened.

Goin Out Games

Case study

Party games that do good.

Goin Out Games sells real-world party card games where scanning a card lets guests push a charity up a live leaderboard. We built its storefront and game platform on headless Shopify and Next.js.

Hotlas

Case study

Streamlining operations in the hospitality industry.

Hotlas is an integrated inventory and orders management solution for restaurateurs and bar managers.

The team treated this project like their own; and really held true to providing full service for a start-up. Great partners and stewards of the vision.

How we work

Five stages from the first conversation to the releases that follow launch, each concluding with something you can put to use.

The full process
  1. 01Discover

We establish your goal, your users and the scope of a first version worth building, decided together and documented. AI-assisted research brings the market and the competitive landscape into the first session.
  2. 02Prototype

A high-fidelity interactive prototype within days, directed by a designer. It looks and behaves like the finished product, ready to put before customers and investors before engineering begins.
  3. 03Build

Engineers build from the prototype in the stack the product will grow in. AI coding tools support the daily work, a second engineer reviews every change, and automated tests and CI run before anything ships.
  4. 04Launch

Most MVPs go live 2 to 6 weeks after kickoff, on the web or in the app stores, with monitoring in place before the first user arrives.
  5. 05Grow

The releases that follow launch, delivered on a monthly retainer or with a fractional CTO or CPO in place, for as long as the product requires a team.
